Hi there! I’m Tina Tsai, the founder of Oh Snap! Let’s Eat!, a platform dedicated to sharing authentic Taiwanese, Chinese, and Asian home-cooked recipes. My goal is to make classic Asian cuisine accessible and enjoyable for everyone, by providing easy-to-follow recipes that can be replicated in the comfort of your own home.


I was born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, USA with my mother when I was four years old. Despite the distance, I maintained strong ties to my Taiwanese roots through frequent summer visits. It was during these visits that I developed a deep appreciation for the flavors and traditions of Asian cuisine, particularly the home-cooked meals prepared by my mother.
